CLEAN & GO / PRICING
Prices
Understand what shapes a cleaning quote, compare the scope and request a price for your property without relying on an unsuitable headline figure.

A quote built around the work
Two homes with the same number of bedrooms can require very different amounts of work. Bathrooms, furniture, appliance condition and access all affect the cleaning brief. This page explains the pricing approach; it does not publish unverified starting prices. Your quotation should identify the agreed work and total before booking.

What changes the quotation?
Use the same information when comparing providers. A low figure for an empty flat may not cover the furnished property, internal appliance work or carpet treatment you have in mind.
- Property size, layout and number of bathrooms
- Current condition, grease and limescale build-up
- Furniture and the access it leaves around surfaces
- Carpet, upholstery, oven and other specialist requests
- Parking, stairs, lift access and key arrangements

Compare scope before totals
Ask whether the amount includes the work you listed and any applicable VAT, access charges or optional treatments. Do not infer appliance interiors from the word “kitchen”, or carpet extraction from the word “floors”. Keep the written quote with your booking correspondence.

Information to have ready
Provide the postcode, room count, preferred date, furnishing status and photos of any areas that need extra attention. Flag checkout deadlines and any restrictions on parking or building access. If the property changes after quoting, discuss the revised scope before work starts.
COMPARE LIKE FOR LIKE
The quote, made clear.
| Detail | What to specify | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Rooms | Bedrooms, bathrooms and extra spaces | The room count alone can miss extra work. |
| Condition | Photographs and areas with build-up | Current condition affects the required brief. |
| Specialist work | Carpet, upholstery, oven or windows | Treatments should be explicitly included. |
| Access | Parking, keys, stairs and utilities | Practical arrangements affect the visit. |
| Total | Agreed tasks and applicable charges | A useful comparison uses the same scope. |
USEFUL ANSWERS
Your questions,
considered.
Can I get a fixed price from the bedroom count alone?
The room count is a starting point. Condition, bathrooms, furniture and requested treatments still need to be considered.
Are specialist treatments included?
Ask for each requested treatment to be listed. Do not assume carpet, upholstery or appliance interiors are included in a general cleaning quote.
